Salary: £35,000 - £40,000k p.a.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing B2B business based in Leicestershire. This is a standalone role that requires a strategic and hands-on Marketer to take reign of the marketing strategy from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop marketing strategies and implementation in line with corporate goals
  •  Marketing strategies to include messaging, positioning, segmentation, leadership, brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
  • Producing and coordinating marketing materials
  • Plan, implement and run marketing campaigns - multichannel communications including PR, direct marketing, social media and case studies
  • Manage and attend regional and promotional events, exhibitions, media, launches
  • Collating campaign data efficiently allowing critical assessment to support future campaign strategies
  • Manage and provide continuous development of the website and other outward facing materials/ collaterals and channels
  • Producing written reports and presenting opportunities for improvements of campaigns
  • Drive online traffic with web-related campaigns - writing online content/press releases - internet based communication updates, social media programmes and related communications.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships both internally and externally.

Essential Requirements:

  • Sales experience or can demonstrate how they have gained strong understanding of customer needs/insights and applied these to their marketing career

  • Be driven and self-motivated, with plenty of energy and initiative

  • Deep knowledge of marketing principles

  • Attention to detail with good organisational skills

  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com would be preferable

  • Ambitious, driven and creative

  • Event management experience

  • Computer and IT literate, experienced in Microsoft software

  • Strong team player and able to work on own initiative

  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Must have a current driving licence
