Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 p.a.

An ambitious and rapidly growing B2B organisation are looking for a digitally savvy marketer to join their team based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have around 5 years' experience in a 'hands-on' digital role, and feel excited about the prospect of taking reign of the full digital marketing strategy from planning through to execution. You'll be working within an ambitious and creative environment, with the autonomy and creative freedom to really push boundaries with the latest digital innovations!

Your responsibilities will include:

•Act as the point person for expanding and maintaining our digital presence.

•Lead and manage the website development process including site updates, product info and content.

•Provide insight and analysis into best practices, behaviour tracking, and digital process improvement.

•Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

•Develop and plan social media strategy.

•Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on ROI.

•Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Person:

•5+ years' experience running digital campaigns, from planning through to execution.

•Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

•You will know your way around digital marketing tools, you know about all the latest trends and how to drive ROI.

•Data-driven digital specialist, excellent hands-on knowledge and ability of website creation, social media management and digital lead generation.

•PPC, SEO, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics & AdWords proficient
